In order to succeed with us you must be experienced, take charge style, and effective in all the phases, from conceptual design through DOB and contractor ready construction documents. You should be highly independent, motivated and skilled in working with project managers, staff, clients, building officials, contractors, outside A\E professionals, designers and others to assure clients goals & objectives. Please provide us with your proven track record showing your strength in design, detailing, codes, field-work, written, and communication skills. You must be capable of producing final, comprehensive construction documents and with all the details, for our exterior\interior, residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, (ver.2004+.) Supervisory & Management experience will place you on the Partner track. Compensation is linked to productivity and effectiveness.

Junior\Senior Architects, Engineers & Managers: We are seeking talented Architects & Engineers (4-9 years plus Professional exp.) for part\full-time & consulting positions, in "Residential, Single, Mid-Rise, & High-Rise" projects. Applicants should be able to work independently; take initiative; execute instructions well; stay on budget & schedules. Applicants must have recent expertise, knowledge and experience of local zoning, building codes, and specifications writing, and with decency for all their expressed field expertise for the various project types and sizes.

Interiors Project Architects & Managers: We are seeking talented "Interior Designers and Architects" with extensive interiors experience (7-12 years, plus of exp.) for part\full-time & independent positions, in "Commercial, Restaurants, and Retail" projects. Applicants should be able to work independently; take initiative; execute instructions well; stay on budget & schedules. Applicants must have recent expertise, knowledge and experience of local zoning, building codes, and specifications writing, and with decency for all their expressed field expertise for the various project types and sizes. These can be stand-alone buildings, Mix-use, Mini shopping centers, Mall shopping centers, etc.

MEP – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing: Engineers, Designers & Draftsman openings are also available at our other Divisions for independent, part, and full time professionals.
